Betting check-up

An honest look at your betting — sportsbooks, prediction markets, casino apps or crypto — and what it's costing you.

Why this helps

Online betting has exploded, and newer 'prediction market' apps let people bet on sports and events, often from age 18 — younger than most sportsbooks allow. These questions follow the warning signs clinicians look for — chasing losses, needing to bet more, hiding it, borrowing — so you can see where you stand. It isn't a diagnosis.
