We are owned by no treatment company, hospital system, or marketing network. Every listing shows its data source. Every sponsor is labeled. An annual transparency report will show every revenue source.
Never brokered
We refuse per-call, per-lead, and per-admission money categorically. Advertisers pay flat fees that never vary with volume — the structure the law demands and the industry too rarely delivers. Your call goes straight to the center, unrecorded by us.
Carefully sourced
We are not a medical provider. Our information summarizes guidance from SAMHSA, NIH, and the medical community — dated, cited, and corrected in public. Community answers are clearly framed as lived experience, never as medical advice.

How we make money, in plain English
Licensed treatment centers pay flat monthly fees for enhanced profiles, labeled sponsored placements, Q&A banners, and job posts. That's the whole model. Fees never depend on how many people call or admit, sponsors never outrank organic results, and content is never for sale.
