First 6 weeks I honestly felt okay. Now I'm exhausted, flat, can't enjoy anything, and the cravings are worse than week one. Starting to think I'm broken.

You're not broken — you're describing 'the wall,' and it's so common it has a name. With stimulants the brain's reward system takes months to recalibrate; weeks 6–12 are famously flat and cravey, and then it lifts in layers. What got me through: brutal sleep schedule, real food, movement every day even when it felt pointless, and telling my counselor exactly what you just wrote — because the flatness is treatable and worth mentioning to a professional, especially if it slides toward hopelessness. The wall is a stage, not the destination. People on the other side of it are having actual good days. I'm one.

Month 2-3 was my hardest stretch too. What helped: scheduling one small thing to look forward to every day. Tiny dopamine, on purpose, from real life. It felt stupid for weeks. Then it didn't.
